Oct 02, 2023Palladium Travel Club is waste of time
The entire trip is ruin up by the first day of meeting with Palladium Travel Club, I thought they're taking us to have a trip of review all the resort (Their are 4 on the same area) but they are SELLING their Travel club membership, this is our vacation, we're not there for business, even they give us a free spa (I didn't use it) so be aware when they ask to see you first day in the morning, and sound like a welcome morning, that's a trap, they will have couple of people to talk to you if you don't want to join the member, until you gave up and join them, and that's no such a benefit, all about money and business for them, "NO FREE LUNCH" my friend Beside, all the staff are nice, it would be great if they're not keep changing bulter and room cleaning service, you will be easy to tips them. The bellboy name Francis is cute, he would like us to mention about him when I write the review. Foods are great with services

Excellent waitress by pool!!
Excellent waitress at pool! Randy our butler Was very accommodating to our problems! The shuttle service was good! The beds need Replaced!!! The property is getting out dated! But your staff is very helpful and kind!

Everything was wonderful. Our butler noris was wonderful! She helped with all of our questions and made the stay extra special. We had a swim up room which was well worth the splurge. The food and restaurants were great. The grounds are some of the most gorgeous I've been to. We love it here!

Bday Trip
Great resort.. encountered a couple of hiccups but it dont take away from the overall trip.. Would still definitely recommend and revisit in the near future. Butler service and Personal Assistant was the BEST of the whole trip. They decorated my room for my birthday.. I almost cried and was very surprised and impressed.. thanx Jean and Nilson

Babymoon Vacation
Very great experience! Loved this resort - Noris was an amazing butler and helped us with anything we needed and even surprised us with our room fully decorated with rose petals and champagne for celebrating our babymoon!
