This was my first time at this hotel and I am so glad we went there the hotel was the best the employees the best hard working always happy and always made sure we were ok am coming back will be there soon thank you I recommend this hotel thank you for the great hospitality 🧡

Best vacation ever!
Every single staff member is so nice, sweet, and helpful… I will miss them!! The beach, pools, and room were all amazing but the people made it even better! Also love that they are always keeping the beach free of seaweed!

Great place for a relaxing girls trip away!!!
We just got back from a 4 day long girls trip and overall our trip went great, minus the 2 days of overcast and rain. We upgraded to the Preferred Club and it was defiantly worth it! Our butler Abraham was AMAZING, very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay great!! We had a birthday while on our trip and he made sure to make that day very special for her (including having the room staff decorate the room!) We had a wonderful experience at the Hibachi restaurant, the staff was high energy and made the night super fun! Maria was our server and she was THE BEST!! We also had an amazing experience with Nellis (Nelly) at the prefered pool, she was attentive and super friendly. We enjoyed seeing the same staff members throughout our time.

A Fantastic Resort
Dreams Onyx was a wonderful resort. Beautiful, clean, with great service. The Preferred Club areas are highly recommended. We had excellent service from two different butlers, Abraham and Nelson. Both were charming and accommodating and I highlighted recommend them. We also had great service from Nelis (Nelly) at the PC pool. She honestly had such a fun personality and treated us so well. I recommended dinner at the Hibachi restaurant - it was a blast. I happened to be celebrating my birthday and they went out of their way to make it extra special. Special shout-out to Maria at the Hibachi restaurant for her energy and enthusiasm. Just a glorious trip.

I just left Breathless Punta Cana and we went over to Dreams Onyx for dinner and to hang out by pools. When asking the workers at onyx for help, or if we had questions, we were ignored, we were made to feel as if we were bothering them, or we were deliberately pointed in the wrong direction. We tried on 2 separate occasions to enjoy dreams but each time were met with rude employees. One particular person that works at the spa over at dreams onyx was extremely rude. My niece and I were lost and somehow we ended up by the spa. There were 2 workers 1 male and one female, standing by the door at the spa. I politely said, excuse me but I need help, I'm looking for a particular location and I'm turned around, will you help me? They ignored us like we weren't there. Then I said it in Spanish. They both turned and looked at me as if I was interrupting their conversation. My Spanish isn't 100%. But I do understand when someone is talking about me. And they both rolled their eyes and snickered. After going back-and-forth with each other trying to decide who was gonna help us, The female (a deeper complexion dominican girl with braces who had her hair in a bun) rolled her eyes, and basically said to the guy she didn't have time for this, then looked us up and down and turned her head. I asked if he could take us to the preferred pool, The guy told us to get on the golf cart and he took us to reception. We were in wet bathing suits and we were looking for another pool. It was embarrassing to get off at reception where there was lots of people. He left us there immediately. We had to wait for another cart, in wet suits... We just decided to go back over to breathless where everyone is very willing to help and very accommodating. I don't have to go to dreams onyx for anything for the rest of my life! And im apart of UVC!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER...JUST TERRIBLE
