Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Spring Break Policy - Bookings in the months of March and April will be subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18. One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in.
- Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. of the remaining nights.
- In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behaviour or cause physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

May 26, 2023Best Adult only all inclusive resort ! Must stay and experience elegance
This is a must stay resort! From the moment you step foot into the resort your greeted with such hospitality! Super Tony was great helping us meet Gary to plan our excursion! Our butler darlyn was phenomenal and I will be requesting him when I return! Our educators in wine Enrique and Franklin were every woman’s dream! Polite honest and very respectful! Our bartenders down to our host in the restaurant , 10* experience! I will only book with the name iberstar when I travel to destinations that have their resort!

Iberostar Grand is simply the best!
This is our second visit and we brought friends along for a five day getaway. As always the service, food and drinks were 5 star!! Darlyn was the best butler ever and made our stay so special. We are Iberostar Grand fans for life.

A week in Paradise
Spent a week at Iberostar Grand Bavaro in Punta Cana celebrating our daughter graduating from college. From the moment we arrived we were spoiled from the friendly staff. Welcoming drinks, cooling towels, personal restrooms to refresh from the long flight and the list goes on. We arrived before our rooms were ready, no problem we headed to the pool bar and had a few drinks to unwind. Checking in shortly there after and met up with our butler Armando who booked our dinner reservations for the rest of the week. Buffet breakfast/lunches had plenty of variety for our tastes as we filled our plates many times. Burgers and fries poolside was a big win for our son. My only complaint would be securing a cabana at the pool was never easy. Many were empty but towels and belongings left to reserve them became quite frustrating. All and all a great relaxing week with beautiful weather and the friendliest service we’ve ever had. Bring plenty of $1 &$5 bills for tips, it’s well deserved.

Another great time a the Grand Bavaro!
Another great stay at the Grand Bavaro and we couldn’t be more pleased. This was our 3rd stay at the resort, this time to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary and we’re always made to feel at home each time we come. The staff is always warm and friendly and they make us feel like family. Everyone was so gracious from the moment we met Jorge our concierge and our butlers Staling and Armando, they did everything to make us feel like family. And to be honest we feel like family when we come, we have a chance to reconnect with our friends, Ery, Leyli, Victor and Manuel at the Larimar pool bar and meet new family members, Jose at the Larimar grill who prepared delicious paella and Yary, Juan and Wandy who served us at the Bella Vista restaurant for breakfast. The food at dinner was great and I recommend you try the salt-encrusted sea bass at La Perla, you won’t be disappointed! Staling and Armando arranged a nice surprise for us and had our bed decorated in flowers and a heart shape to celebrate our anniversary. It meant a great deal to my wife and I and we really appreciated it. The atmosphere at the beach was nice and relaxing and there was always someone there to make sure we were taken care of. The entertainment staff kept everything lively and were really engaging with us and the other guests. Last but not least, Rosa in housekeeping who cleaned our room and made sure we had everything we needed in our room. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names but we will never forget how everyone made us feel. We’re already thinking about our next visit and it can’t happen soon enough. Todo somos familia!

Wonderful resort getaway
Fantastic place .. really happy with resort and most especially the staff, shout out to Yocari -b ,Endry ,Yeli , Ani , Ruth from entertainment team they are awesome. Armando and Staling our butlers were very helpful. The restaurant teams were also amazing. Will definitely be back! We had a lovely room and view. Met all our needs.
