General Policies & Fine Print
Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Spring Break Policy - Bookings in the months of March and April will be subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18. One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in.
- Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. of the remaining nights.
- In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behaviour or cause physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

We had an incredible stay. Augusto and Miguel at the beach, along with Eliezer, Nelson, Poche, and all the other wait staff made out stay incredible. Our butlers Robert and Cesar were also incredible. We are so so grateful for the incredible staff and that was honestly our favorite part of our stay! Beautiful property, great food, and perfect beach. Cant wait to go back!!

Fantastico
Had an awesome relaxing vacation at Gran Bavaria celebrating our anniversary The staff was amazing especial our butlers, Eduardo and Alex, and entertainment team of Black Cloud and Endrei. “Ricardo is in the house mi familia”. Food and entertainment was great Resort very clean.

EXCELLENT!!
The Resort was Absolutely Gorgeous. The staff couldn't have been better! They All Worked So Hard to make everything Perfect. The Food, Drinks, and Atmosphere were Undescribable! We had exceptional service from Yeni (Jeni), Jachinto, Miosoti, Waner, Jose, Justo, and many many more. We met some Incredible people while there Also! We will be back!!

Iberostar Walter
One of the best experiences I've had I a vacation. I love vacationing here at Iberostar. Our representative was a gentleman named Walter. He made us feel welcome. We were treated like royalty. Everyone was so friendly.

Worth ever penny!!!
Amazing resort!!! Highly recommend . We were spoiled from day we arrived. Waiters, waitresses. Entertainment staff all amazing. Too. Other butlers for ocean front suites. Thank you Alex and Eduardo. We will see you next time!! Gracias ❤️ staff is incredible!!
