Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
SPRING BREAK POLICY - The resort is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.
- One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
- In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical
damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the
remaining nights.
SPRING BREAK GROUPS POLICY - Students/youth are considered between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy for all bookings traveling March-April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to leave refundable cash deposit per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.
Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.
Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

Leandro at snack bar was very helpful, polite, and great service. He also knew some English which is hard to find here. If you know Spanish you are good. English is much tougher to come by. Thank you Leandro.

Aug 25, 2023Not very U.S.A. friendly atmosphere
Not the best trip we’ve had. Lost a day we paid for due to cancelled flight, but still charged for the day. Beach and sea is covered with seaweed. Worst we have ever seen. Beach is very small area. Resort does have people working hard to remove seaweed, but it’s really bad. My family waited at the pool bar for 20 minutes as the ONE bartender working the pool bar bypassed us numerous times to serve others speaking Spanish and laughing with the bartender. We thought it was a fluke, but same thing happened the next time we tried. Seems as though we were mostly ignored for more vocal Spanish speaking guests. My kids don’t even want to try to go there anymore. Not speaking Spanish has been a limitation at this resort, which has not been the case in prior travels to Punta Cana. Resort is well kept, nice rooms. But, overall not that good a trip.

Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus
The hotel was very nice!! Animation was fun! Wairelys and Scooby were carrying out activities during the whole which keep happy the people around all the time! Location was amazing and the meals were very tasty

An unforgettable experience!!
I am happy to share my recent experience at Iberostar Hacienda, which left an incredible impression on me. This place combines elegance and comfort all in one. The staff at Hacienda is a true asset, providing a high standard of hospitality that is both genuine and welcoming. Their warmth and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a guest. Dining there was another whole experience. The diverse range of dining options showed the culinary expertise of the chefs, who made us enjoy every lunch & dinner. Whether enjoying a hearty breakfast or an intimate dinner, the culinary offerings were exceptional. Overall, everything was exceptional and the best thing is its location: In the heart of the Caribbean! The beach was a dream & the service another level. Would def come back next year!

Awesome unforgettable experience at Iberostar hacienda dominicus. If I could give it a 10 star rating, I would.
My family of five traveled here from Florida and all I can say is we had an unforgettable experience, like we always do. This is our third year coming to Iberostar hacienda Dominicus and each year it just gets better. We are always greeted by the friendly staff and immediately helped with anything we need. We spend our days in the hotels huge pool and may I say gorgeous, clean beach. The room was so comfortable and put together. It was always being cleaned and tidied up, amazing service! And the food never disappoints. Always fresh and yummy. Especially the buffet that offers endless options. I highly recommend this all inclusive hotel to anyone traveling to the Dominican republic. It is an amazing experience for couples and families, you won’t regret it!
