We went to celebrate our honeymoon and we loved our stay. The service is amazing, lovely, helpful personal. Food was ok, I recommend doing a new a la carte restaurant everyday for dinner. They suprised us with some fruit and red wine upon arrival which was very kind. Big thanks to Arisleida for being so kind and always make us smile :).

This was such a great resort to wind down and experience luxury in a totally different level if your looking for a resort in Punta Cana . The staff were very friendly and I love Sante our breakfast restaurant, the layout of the buffet bar was fabulous! I’d definitely go back and already recommended it to a colleague of mine.

The Reserve @ Paradisus Palma Real
The resort is beautiful with updated rooms in the Reserve. Our concierge, Eriol, was very helpful and accommodating. He booked our dinner reservations each night and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The pools and beach area are nice- plenty of loungers/sun beds . Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The food could be better, but not too bad for an all inclusive. Would also recommend the aromatherapy fusion massage!!

We had an awesome vacation. Milton and his staff went above and beyond. The rooms are spacious and clean.
Francisco Vilorio our concierge was an awesome person who exceeded our expectations. His commitment to ensuring that we have an unforgettable vacation. He greeted us every morning and looked for us at night before he retired for the day. He was accessible responding promptly to our questions and needs. He took care of us making all restaurant reservations. At dinner, he was there to greet us. His warm and friendly attitude made our entire vacation enjoyable. I recommend his services to anyone seeking a vacation concierge. Francisco's expertise and dedication make him a true gem.

Outstanding experience
Excellent service, great food quality, very clean. Room service was on point, we had food and beverages replenish every day in the morning, and clean towels. The staff was very friendly and serviceable
