Oct 02, 2023Super Sian Ka’an
Stayed at the Sian Ka’an the last week in June first week of July. Hotel gives the impression of being in a forest it was very peaceful. Rooms were a bit dated but were comfortable and spacious. Food snd drink selection was fantastic at the hotel, you also had the option of eating at the Al A Carte restaurants at the Sian Ka’an and the three other hotels that are part of the complex. Our favourite Al a Carte restaurants were Maiko, Alux, Le Gourmet, Mediterranean and Dolce Vita. Getting around the resorts via buggy was no problem and the beach was a ten minute ride complete with hotel bar. The evening entertainment was good although we thought it ended a bit early. All the staff were amazing, and courteous, would highly recommend this adult only hotel. Recent reviews have stated problems with noise and construction work. We didn’t encounter any such problem during our stay so cannot comment on these issues.

We booked a two bed bedroom , thy didn't respect that. Areli at the front desk was so disrespectful that the vacation started at a very bad term. The manager was hidden at his desk and didn't want to came out to face us. They called security because I knocked the door to talk to him

2 week stay
What can I say Absolutely brilliant fantastic amazing I have been all over on holidays & this place Tops them all we are still here & staying at the Baha Principal Me & my wife are so impressed with the food,hospitality,buggies that take you everywhere bar staff so friendly and helpful Amazing restaurants within the complex. To many miserable T…S in this world to eager to moan over such petty this if you don’t like holiday resorts like this or others then stay at home !! Thank you Baha Principal myself & my will return.

Absolutely awful customer service all around. Erandi, Guillermo, Angel, Vitor, Diana ALL NEED TO BE FIRED. They made me miss my flight because I booked airport transportation for 11:30am through them. I even went to the front desk an hour before to confirm and they told me everything was great! It wasn’t. I’m currently having to beg delta to rebook a flight. On top of sheets being dirty, hot tub broken, having to call the front desk millions of times, then having to walk alllll the way there. Only for the manager Vitor to tell me he’d do his best to “change my experience” he literally did nothing useful. I don’t need a towel Swan and cheap wine, I needed the accommodation and customer service I PAID FOR! I have been emailing corporate demanding a refund for the last two days.

Being given the runaround at the front desk was unacceptable. Making us wait 2 hours while they ‘cleaned’ our room was unacceptable. Kept making excuses and saying it was being cleaned. I called b.s. and went for a stroll to look for myself. No housekeeping to be seen. We are repeat customers who won’t be repeating again. There are plenty of amazing hotels in Riviera Maya to choose from that offer excellent service.
