Apple Vacations offers two great ways to book group travel, starting with just five (5) rooms. Check out both offerings and choose the one that's right for you.

Option 1: Traditional Contracted Group (10-room minimum)

What is a Contracted Group?

It’s the ultimate personalized service and a perfect booking solution for groups who need flexible payment and cancellation policies for the entire group, plus contracted group benefits! This booking option allows your group to lock in both rates and inventory.

How does it work?

You’ll work with our experienced Sales Team to find the best destination and hotel for your group based on your needs! Once a hotel is selected, we’ll lock in the pricing for the life of the group with blocked inventory (air & hotel). Have peace of mind knowing your inventory is held while each traveler contacts us directly to book into the group block and makes individual payments to their own reservation within the group! The best part? Our dedicated Service Team is here for your group every step of the way for anything you may need.

• Receive a customized guest booking website for guests to book into your block, while being able to still service their individual reservation.

Who should book a Contracted Group?

Valid for all types of groups! We recommend our Contracted Group option for larger groups (10 rooms or more), but groups as small as 5 rooms can still benefit at select hotels. A Contracted Group is best for any travelers that want a locked in rate for the entire group, without having to worry about rates changing or rooms selling out!

Option 2: GroupEase® is as Easy as 1, 2, 3!

A vacation is supposed to relieve stress, not add to it. That is why the GroupEase® program with Apple Vacations is here to remove the headaches and hassle of coordinating vacations for your small groups. In an ever-changing world of travel, the GroupEase® program offers the flexibility of independent booking itineraries without a contract (no rates or space is locked in for the group!). With a group of at least 5 rooms, you’ll have the opportunity to qualify for added benefits, including a special promotional code discount, Exclusive Nonstop Vacation flight credits, and any other applicable group inclusions, exclusive to the GroupEase® program. Consider GroupEase® today for your wedding, family reunion, bachelor/bachelorette party, or other social/leisure events!

Should your party require 4 rooms or less, you may still utilize this website or contact our Reservations team to make your bookings outside of the GroupEase® program.

1. Choose a destination, dates, and a hotel. While the GroupEase® program can support groups for any hotel we offer worldwide, we encourage you to gain the most value by choosing one of our preferred bonus hotels in Mexico/Caribbean/Hawaii that offer premium group amenities, such as room upgrades, complimentary room nights, special group activities, and discounts! 2. Request your GroupEase® code. Call our Group Sales team at 844-904-0186 or email us at GroupEase@algvacations.com and be prepared with your group name, destination, dates of travel, and one specific hotel choice. You will receive an email from us with information for your code, how to book, the discount tiers (up to $225 off per booking), and any other applicable group benefits.

3. Happy Booking! Share your GroupEase® promo code with your fellow travelers. Although you will be the primary contact responsible for your group, all travelers will still book individually and apply the GroupEase® promotional code to their reservation in order to be associated with the group. If a reservation is made through our Call Center, be sure the GroupEase® code is mentioned to the Reservations agent so they may apply it on your behalf. We have two teams here to assist you along the way, each specialized in different components of your booking process:

• Our GroupEase® team is available to assist with any modifications to your GroupEase® code itself, applying the promotional code to bookings, custom event pages, and reporting your group to the hotel for any applicable benefits. Email GroupEase@algvacations.com for support in these areas.
