A pleasant stay at Blue Diamond Resort
Very nice resort for couples and my favorite part of our stay was the service and food. Top class food and drinks at ambar and aquamarine restaurant! The resort was not too crowded and we felt like we had the whole resort for ourselves. Pool side area near the main restaurant was also well maintained and had enough benches to relax. Overall we enjoyed our 2 night stay at Blue Diamond.

Nice quiet getaway!
The Blue Diamond resort was a nice quiet getaway! we got a room with a cenote view, which was really pretty! We were a bit hesitant to go take a dip in the cenote though because it didn’t seem like the cleanest. All the restaurants and bar service was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Because we were visiting off season only one of the restaurants were open each night for dinner. But the food was fantastic! The beach views were wonderful ! There was a seaweed problem this time of year, but the staff were doing their best to clean up the place. There is only one pool area, but this was fine , since the place wasn’t too crowded.

Yvonne- The best!
I want to thank the staff at Diamond Luxury Hotel. My partner and I had a wonderful time. Everything was excellent the accommodation the food and in particular the staff. I would like to mention one staff member in particular Yvonne the reception manager. She was excellent. She sorted out a few minor problems with such efficiency and with unbelievable customer service skills. She really did go the extra mile. Everything was possible, nothing was too much trouble. She truly Is one of a kind and we would like to thank her so so much. A mention also to Ulyses at the Aguamarina, he served us lunch.. Ulyses always made out lunch time meals a great experience. We will definitely return. Thank you 🙏

First timer of Mexico.
the staff are amazing special mention to Saulo. The room we stayed are awesome. Wildlifes in the jungle are great to see. We did not try the cenote. If you love walking this place is great even some area close for safety reason. Few facilities is not working (jet pool, cigar lounge). The beach is full of seaweed. you have to walk to south beach of Rosewood Mayakoba. At Rosewood Mayakoba, we noticed they have a machine and several workers non stop battling the seaweed, while at blue diamond one person with a fork and barrow to collect the seaweed. After talking to several people, seaweed is a yearly of 6 to 8 mths occorance. I wish BD did the same or the resorts along the beach come together to battle the problem. This was our first time in Mexico and we are looking forward to play in the beach water. Thank you Mayakoba for letting us play in you beach, I also wished, BD provided a coffee machine near the beach for folks who want to see the sun rise. the view of the beach for aquamarina is incredible, and the food too.

Jungle Dream
This is a beautiful oasis in the jungle with excellent food and service. Was here previously 6 years ago and it remains amazing. The staff are so kind and hospitable, and truly go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. I had a fabulous massage at the spa and enjoyed the quiet relaxation pool. We saw spider monkeys, deer and a great variety of birds. The beach, like many in the Caribbean has issues with algae, and the staff was diligent about cleaning it. Highly recommend!
