Holiday from hell.
Would strongly not advise anyone to book this hotel. Food and accommodation was well below a 3 star never mind 5 star which it is advertised as. Supposed to have 7 restaurants but there was only 5 and some staff were rude and there was no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel. Hotel needs a complete revamp. It was a holiday from hell.

Worst experience ever
This was our two weeks holiday which we had saved up for for a year. And it was the worst two weeks of our lives. The hotel was the worst I’ve ever been in, the toilet in our first room did not work the seat fell off could not get it repaired no air conditioning in any of the restaurants the food was un eatable unless you like Mexican food. The beer was dish water. Most of the sun beds were broken. Most of the guests were unaware of other people, they had music blaring out. Had to tip every time you went to the bar unless you didn’t want a dirty look. The girls could not use the toilets in the bars or restaurants dirty and most of the out of order.

Blue Bay Bad Experience
My wife and I went to this resort for 2 weeks with 8 others after 4 of them recommend it after going there 5 years ago. Unfortunately I the whole experience was not at all good. The whole site needs considerable refurbishment. The menus in restaurants are poor with little choice and there is minimal air conditioning which makes eating a chore rather than an enjoyable experience. I would not go back there definitely.

Crap
I am not one to complain, but my experience of the this hotel is shocking, we were there 5 yrs ago and it was amazing! 4 of us went. So we recommended it to other family members and the 10 of us booked, OMG!! How embarrassing, we save for a year for a holiday and we end up in prison!! Some of the staff not all were very rude, the rooms in block 5 need knocking down, we were eventually moved to block 6 which weren't much better, I believe in when in i.e Mexico eat like the Mexicans, but who eats, Cauliflower, Carrots, Broccoli, new spuds and Chicken for breakfast!!!I could go on but I'm saving it for the CEO of TUI and this Hotel.
