Great resort. We are vegan and they have a lot of options for all meals. The beach is beautiful and the staff is also very friendly. The pool is huge and it’s always ready for us to go in. Kency from the Eteam was ready every morning with towels for the yoga class and she helped us get all settled with activities. She’s the best!

GREAT TRIP!
My friend and I had a great time celebrating herb herb day at the resort. The staff was attentive and friendly. The Prince, Dimas and Esther from the E Team enhanced our experience. They were fun and got us involved in all the activities the resort has to offer. They truly enjoy their jobs and go above and beyond. Fernando, Rene and Mundo were excellent meal staff. They were attentive to my food allergies and made our dining experience great. We loved Juan R at the beach. He made the best drinks and his service was absolutely amazing. We also loved Angel, Carlos, Bradwin and Manuel at the pool bar. Additionally Ricardo the groundskeeper was amazing. He was always dancing and asking if we were enjoying our trip. Our house keeping staff was excellent as well. They brought us any additional items we needed and made sure the room was clean. The activities were fun despite the rain. On sunny days they had beach and pool activities and on the rainy day they offered indoor options. We had fun at the night parties. The food and drinks were good. We liked that the restaurants rotated the menus every night so we could have all of the food options. The staff works really hard to make sure everyone is having a good time and enjoying their stay. The only thing I did not like was the Silk City grill. They did not inquire about food allergies and when I mentioned mine I was treated with disrespect. I’m allergic to asparagus and asked if I could get the sushi without it since I’m allergic. The server Manuel rolled his eyes and his response was “Oh my god” in a very nasty attitude. The staff made a big deal over it and made me very uncomfortable. I was very disappointed. The lack of respect and compassion was duly noted and if I return to breathless I will not eat at Silk City. If you have food allergies I don’t recommend eating there as they will not be taken seriously and you may have a reaction as they refuse to accommodate your food.

Great trip. Looks Iai was an amazing person and made our stay here perfect. We will come back again because of his personality and his amazingly impressive ability to help. Thank you Looku for being so awesome

Looky from Breathless
Looky is absolutely amazing!!. Give this man a raise. Very engaging with everyone and the best salsa instructor I have ever had. A pleasure to meet him and look forward coming back to the resort.

Great Staff and Entertainment
Love the entertainment team including Lucky Looky, Sharky & Esther. Bar and service is excellent all over the resort. We would come and stay at this resort in the future. Extra bonus to have access to Dreams the sister resort.
