Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. Super well kept , beautiful, food amazing, staff amazing, so clean , beautiful rooms , nice beds Nothing to do apart stay in hotel , can’t go outside , the seaweed was terrible so couldn’t go in the sea . Everyone works so hard to keep the hotel is peak condition

Checking in is a nightmare : it took an hour to get a decent room , unfriendly staff . Hallways were dark and slippery : water was dripping from the ceiling , we witnessed how an older man slipped and fell pretty badly in our building. my 85 years old mother was terrified to go by herself . food in the buffet was less than mediocre, only restaurants saved the day . beach was covered with weed . capacity of the hotel is inadequate to the pools - impossible to find a spot. Outrageously loud Music all day long … maddening . there was no ATM - thus while checking out , i used my credit card for the tips for the waiters . Upon my return to the states, my bank security contacted me : my CC was used for several transactions over $1,000 , needless to say , bank declined these charges and cancelled the card . now i have to restore all my payments linked to that card.

Wonderful except the beach
The hotel, food and staff were AMAZING! I LOVE the no bracelet grab what you want and go! The bartenders are superb and all of the staff were appreciative of the tips. My husband and I do an annual Cancun trip and will not stay anywhere else. I do have just ONE complaint/question is there a sister resort that guests may go to in order to enjoy their beach? The beach is the ONLY thing lacking here and if there is an opportunity to enjoy another beach during our stay I would love it that much more :)

Breathless Cancún
Everyone at the resort is so friendly and make sure you have everything that you need. The food is good, the atmosphere is great, and it’s not overly crowded. I will say, this is more of a “party” resort, music plays until 10ish at night, so if that is something that may bother you - I would look at other resorts. We came for our honeymoon and have loved every minute of it!

Nice clean hotel with two pools. Small beach can't take a walk. Restaurants only offer pork and chicken no fish selection only at the French restaurant. Buffet not open for dinner I thought I might get some fruits.
