A wide variety of leisure and entertainment activities are available day and night at the beach and poolside. For a refreshing concoction, swim up to the pool bar. Work out at the fitness center, than relax in the Jacuzzi and sauna. Take part in complimentary non-motorized water sports including an introductory scuba lesson in the pool (one lesson per person per stay).
Kids will stay busy and entertained at the children's club and playground, and teens can meet others their age at the teen club. Land activities include tennis, mini golf, archery, bicycles and table games.

Good ressort, excellent food and restaurants. For those who wants to enjoy 24h there is a sport bar open 24h. For Kids there is a club and water park, so you can be relax and somebody can take care of your child

Aug 24, 2023Aesthetically pleasing Motel 6
If i could give this place 0 stars I would, it’s an aesthetically, pleasing Motel 6. Beware this is NOT a 5 star resort. Stayed here for 4 days with two separate rooms for our family of 6. Far from relaxing considering all the issues we had during our stay. No pillow cases, dirty sheets because none were clean to exchange for, bedding incomplete, no towels in the rooms, safe issues and cob webs in the corners. Our toilet barely flushed, only flushed when it wanted to. Showered my children and dried them with our clothes…Cleaners showed up at 10pm on first night to exchange our sheets and bring towels which were both still dirty. After begging for a crib that I requested for in advance. It was brought to our room, I feel awful for not thoroughly checking but my baby to slept on a dirty sheet that had bed bugs. After taking him to Urgent Care it’s confirmed My 1 year old is covered with bed bug bites. Pool towels ran out multiple times a day including 10am, had to have a full blown argument with a rude husky towel attendant with glasses because he refused to give me an extra towel for my 1yr old. Apparently, the front desk was supposed to give me a card for him and never did. Room towel issues continued we had to share towels amongst both rooms because cleaners said there weren’t any clean. Both of our rooms were facing a construction site. Every morning at 7am we were woken up to the sound of construction trucks and the dust and debris were blowing onto our patio. Between the urine smell and dust/debris from the construction we couldn’t even sit and enjoy our patio. After bringing this to a managers attention at the front desk, he said it was my travel agents fault for not telling me about the construction next door. Although, I personally reviewed the resorts website and nowhere was it mentioned that construction was taking place next door. Buffet is terrible, food is hit or miss and you can’t make a full plate that pairs well together not to mention you eat in a sauna like environment. They have fans that don’t work. The restaurants food is actually good but the reservation system is a joke. First day checking for ANY restaurant availability, EVERYTHING was booked for our entire stay. Had to tip guest services to “find” us reservations. Our last few nights our room had a horrible urine smell. Hung our wet clothes on patio to dry which also wreaked of urine. Grabbed our clothes from patio the next day and our clothes smelled like urine. Toward the evening, the smell of urine intensified in our room so I called the front desk and waited 1 hour for someone to show up. “Head” of house keeping enters the room and I have video of her stating “smells like peepee, maybe mopped our room after cleaning pee”. She sent other house keepers to spray and freshly mop our room, which eliminated the smell temporarily. The spray contained something that ruined my wife’s shoes, bleach like spots. Most of the staff are rude and unhelpful, there’s maybe 5 staff members that give great service. Buffet staff brings out “fresh” pancakes with no syrup then will tell you there no syrup with an attitude…my son mistakenly put honey on his pancakes thinking it was syrup (only thing available) and 3 lady staff members were laughing at him. If you don’t purchase the “vip wrist bands” be prepared to be served Classico liquor as your bottom shelf. The locals staying at the hotel are treated better than tourist. This place is a complete disgrace, used my hard earned money to spend my birthday vacation in hell. I’ve never been happy heading home from vacationing until now…you couldn’t pay me to stay at any Princess “Resort” again. Warning to future guest save your hard earn $$ and choose a resort that will you treat you as a paying guest and make your experience valuable, DO NOT waste your money here. Fredrico Espinal, I tried multiple times to meet with you face to face while I was on the property your staff claimed to pass the message to you and I’m still trying to reach you now….no response. I have pictures and video proof of all things mentioned. ZERO/10 highly DO NOT RECOMMEND…

Aug 18, 2023Beautiful resort definitely shadowed by lack of service!
The resort is absolutely gorgeous but getting any service at this resort is like pulling teeth. From day one our rooms, there were 12 of us and we had 5 different rooms, were never cleaned and we had to beg for towels every single day. We even resorted to exchanging our pool towels at the end of the day so that we would have towels to shower with. When we called the front desk or asked the cleaning staff for towels or a room clean their go to reply was always 10 minutes which translated to never. I spoke to the guest service manager 3 days in a row and nothing changed. She pretended to listen, apologized but the next day the same thing would happen. Finally on our last full day at the resort I asked the guest service manager for her boss's contact information and she told me she didn't have a card until I pressed more and she opened a draw and gave it to me. The other issue was the pool bar. Unless you dangled money, you had to fight for service, which was usually not very friendly. On Saturday's they allowed locals in the resort. This is not an issue but it is when they monopolize the entire pool bar where you can't get a drink because there is not open space. The locals were friends with the bartenders, going behind the bar and making their own drinks. At a certain point, the bartenders were just leaving bottles on the counter for their friends to do shots and pour more drinks for themselves. It quite unfortunate that these very serious issues put a damper on an annual family vacation. Like a stated earlier, the facility is absolutely gorgeous and some staff, especially those at the cafe, ice cream shop, and lobby bar were wonderful but overall this is definitely not what a 5 star resort should be! We would not be returning the the Caribe Deluxe Princess.

Enjoyable,Fantastic entertainment &Great Vacation& beautiful beach!
My experience at this hotel was great! The hotel is beautiful the decor is stunning. The grounds are well maintained and the cleanliness is impeccable. The buffet has lots of variety they cater to different needs which is great. The rooms are beautiful and spacious the cleaning crew provide a great service. The restaurants are delicious. The beach is simply beautiful the sand is so soft and clean. The entertainment was fantastic the animators are great. They are super nice they are friendly and do a great job at keeping the people entertained. They cater to all ages make the stay so welcoming. A special thanks to ADONIS(he is part of the entertainment crew) who is so nice and friendly and made are stay much more fun and enjoyable. Also to Pedro who played great music and the beach amd thank you to Hilary who thought us some new dancing steps. You guys are great you added the extra to make our stay memorable. This is not a 5 ⭐️ hotel
MOST of THE REVIEWS are written by the hotel animation team exp: July , Adonis, Gilair etc.!!!! ⚠️THE GUYS IN BLEU T-SHIRT 👕 ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL ASK you to HAVE A 90 minute presentation which will be 3 hours !!They gave as some wired alcohol and tried to scam us of 32k for TIME SHERE HOLIDAY , asked us to use 5 credit cards to pay them ⚠️ So what hotel lets their guests to get scammed like that. This hotel is part of ROYAL PARK HOLIDAY Location: Everything is very far and you need to wait for the mini cab 🚕 sometime 15 min depends, and if is full again wait 15 min … so when you see it DON’T BE POLITE AND GET ON , otherwise you will be waiting like 40 minutes for that 🚕. From entrance of the hotel you have - LOBBY bar where we noticed that the barman and the waiters are very hospitable. - ICE CREAM shop : is opening only 16-22 and due to a lot of people they run out fast to the point they serve only PRUNE ICE-CREAM ONLY FOR ONE DAY 😂. -Coffee shop:( sometimes can be busy) - SPORTS BAR 🏈⭕️⚠️ this one is absolutely 💯 DISGUSTING 🤮 food will give you food poisoning specially the BURGER ( not beef ) and the glasses are not washed and so dirty that you can’t see the drink. 🚫Mosquitos⚠️ everywhere and even with jungle spray they still bite. ⭕️THE Service is terrible IF YOU DONT SPEAK SPANISH THEY WILL BE RUDE to you 🚫 If people won’t move from the downstairs table they won’t serve you so don’t bother ( no downstairs table - no food ). - SHOP 🏬 EVERYTHING IS 4x the normal price so make sure you buy everything that you need. - Pool bars are full with the same people who are always there from morning to night so don’t bother. - SNACK BAR - this is only place where you can find FRIES 🍟 or CHIPs 🍟, you can have sausage and fake cheese with tortillas and other bits ( DONT EAT ANY CAKE FROM HERE - go to the coffee shop). - TOP BEACH BAR : (16-24 for drinks ) - THE BEACH : yes the beach is amazing 🤩 the 🏝️( they have security all the time on the beach) - The garden with the big lake is nice but sometimes can smell very swampy👃⚠️ ROOMS : NO KETTLE ⚠️ for tea . Rooms are nice but they DONT HAVE LIFT 🛗 SO tell them if you can’t go up the stairs. Our room was at the ground floor and it was smelling like SEWAGE ⚠️and THE TOILET was ALL THE WAY UP WITH WATER 🤮⚠️🛑. The shower was rain shower 🚿 but is was mouldy with BLACK MOULD 🚫 The door from the balcony was not locked 🔒 so don’t leave anything unlocked from your suitcase. ⚠️⚠️BEWARE they have lots of cockroaches⚠️⚠️. RESTAURANTS & BUFFET: BUFFET: Food is terrible 😞 and they don’t have professional chef to cook it ( on my birthday night lucky I had a noodle soup as every thing was bland or not visually appealing or delicious) . Serving stew at breakfast or any other’s leftovers from yesterday’s dinner. DONT GO FOR THE OMELETTES ( they take long I’ve waited 40’ just for two omelettes) ❗️IF YOU NEED WATER THEY NEVER COME TO YOU so just go to them to ask for a glass of water or other drinks. > The RESTAURANTS: They have 6 restaurants and we used only three of them. ⚠️USE THE APP SO YOU CAN BOOK YOUR RESTAURANT exp if is Sunday you can book for Tuesday dinner.⚠️ NOPAL: this was the nicest one we use this one twice ( don’t have the tacos 🌮) anything else is good. You can ask for more food if your still hungry or CHIPS 🍟 . TAO : this one has two cuisines⚠️ 1. Teppanyaki : - from 18:00 pm max 8 people ❗️ ( only this restaurant is opening at 18:00 pm and is right opposite the BUFET) ❗️ 2. Chinese menu : from 18:30 with 3 course meal. ( if you would like more food ask for more) Good food and service 💯👌❗️ FOGO : Don’t go to this one !!! This one is ok 50/50 , took very long to bring the meat at our table as we were sat in the back of the restaurant UNTIL I GAVE HIM 3$ The meat is ok if your HUNGRY 🤤, but otherwise I WOULDN’T USE THIS ONE 🚫 ⚠️ they didn’t gave us the choice of starter that the want . They give us some wired sea fish salad 🥗 without telling people that has seafood 🦞 in It 🚫🚫🚫⚠️
