    My stay was wonderful!! Thank you junior for your professionalism. He was very friendly and on point with everything. I would like the DJ to play a mix of music due to the many cultures that was staying at the resort.

    12/5 stars! Wonderful facilities, kind staff, and beautiful water. Huge shout out goes to JOSE JACOBS out stellar butler. Great manager, did things in under 5minutes whatever we requested. went above and beyond from reservations to finding us flip flops. Superb leadership skills. Highly recommend his promotion to senior level

    There should be a refund

    Just getting ready to book our next vacation and the experience we had at the Majestic Mirage comes back to may I say haunt me. Although the resort was well kept, i have to mention that our group of 10 that have travelled many times to many resorts never encountered sickness from any resort that was like what happened after being at the Mirage. We stayed for 14 days and after day 5 the problems started for of our group. Myself I have never been sick at a resort that put me in my room for 2 days and it lingered on for the rest of stay. And aside from that others in our group were also bed ridden off and on during our stay. We spoke to the resort head chef and manager about our problems and a few changes were made to clean up the food areas ( flies all over the salad bar)and pre cooked foods sitting for long periods of time. Regardless after returning home 4 of the ladies in our group were sick for close to a week and put on antibiotics from our family doctors. Needless to say after speaking with our travel agent about all of this she said well there's nothing can be done about it. It's so sad that any service you pay for on most goods and services today are in a way guaranteed in some but travelling to a 5 star resort that is rated at the Mirage gives no such Guarantee of anything.

    Sports Bat server

    We have breakfast and lunch everyday in the Sports Bar and Lucitania was our server- she has been consistently amazing. She is attentive and helpful. Very lucky to have her everyday! Thank you Lucitania
