My husband and I came to ocean blue for our honeymoon, and it was AMAZING! Every single person who works here makes you feel like you are a part of family. The Blue Team makes everyday an experience. Pokemon is the one to look out for! He is always dressing up and making sure everyone is having an awesome time and he is AMAZING with the children! Kids adore him! 10/10 would definitely come back here just to see the staff again and for the amazing service! Our rooms were always done up in the morning and the whole resort was spotless (clean), the food is amazing as well.

Happy vacation
Amazing environment. The bartenders and all staff is very very friendly and make you feel more than a guest There is one man named Pokemon that will do anything to put a smile on your face. Be it dressing up Every night in a different outfit to make people feel comfortable in any setting or environment or taking the time to speak to you or to make sure everything is going well. He's definitely the highlight of the staff and definitely made sure to go out of his way to come see me.

As I've worked all Sundays for the past 6 months I decided it was time to teach my 2 girls (14&16) a life lesson, if you work hard you can have the finer things in life, so nearly £10k for 2 weeks for the 4 of us I thought this would be fantastic, let me tell you now, my life lesson for the girls kicked me in the @rse. We first had to move room as our view was of a brick wall about 10ft away from the balcony and the A/C didn't work, day 2 we move rooms, A/C was tepid, furniture was broken, wardrobe doors didn't even close properly, mould on the curtains, lock from the sliding doors were removed and you bery left with a pin to secure your room and belongings which promptly fell out with a simple tap on the outside of the door and just as a bonus we got a rusty fridge in the room, not enough sockets to charge our phones (2) and have a lamp on at the same time 90% of the sun loungers were broken, a leaking roof in the restaurant broken drains in the swimming pool which also had more missing tiles than I would even care to count, this hotel was advertised by on the beach as a 5 star, I would be generous to give it 3. I feel we have been robbed of what should have been an outstanding holiday and the only thing my children have learned is the power of false advertising. I sent an email to H10 hotels whilst i was out there to try and get things sorted but didnt even get a response, the only thing ive been.left with from this trip is a bitter taste in my mouth. I could go on more but I'm bored of writing now, so, if you're thinking about going here, spend your money somewhere else.

Ocean blue
I have been in Ocean blue and sand on family holidays with 3 children. The hotel is amazing, nice and clean. Service is very good. But the most amazing was the entertainment team. They have help my boyfriend to organise engagement 💍 surprise for me. It was the best day of my life. The entertainment team is always around making people happy and making sure that your holidays are the best. But the most amazing is Pokemon, he is always there checking on us on our children always happy and smiling. He is organising the most funny games and making you feel like you are at home!!! I wish I can come back here in the future as the atmosphere is amazing and welcoming, people are happy and kind.

Incredible memorable FUN experience!
First time as a couple at Ocean Blue and it EXCEEDED our expectations! Food was fabulous, atmosphere was paradise and we will return because of Pokémon, black diamond & the animation crew !! We love them!
