May 24, 2023Amazing beautiful resort. I can’t say anything negative. All,positive vibes and truly recommend.
The place is amazing. The restaurants are super good. What makes it so special is the people that work there. I lost my notes with all the names of our favorite people that attended us so nice and dedicated to their customers 200% I’ve been to many secrets and this is definitely my favorite. Beautiful resort and very safe.

It was amazing ( shout out to the entertainment team )
Cons: first day service was a bit iffy, it was a hit or miss Pros: boy did they make up for it, the other days our service was incredible, exceptional! The weather was hot and humid, we went may 17-22. Right before rain season. Food was typical resort food but still done well. The Entertainment team was sooo great, great Energy all day everyday. Seems like they never leave they are there morning and night . Giving it 100% . The drinks were good no knock off drinks . Overall it was just amazing , would definitely return, was better than Cancun , los cabos ect .

We had a swim out room in building 1. The good +Stunning and almost private beach. +Lounge chairs always available by the pool or beach. +Little wait to be s Fernando in Cin Cin Restaurant. +Room service was easy and always delivered on time. +Great massage in the spa. +Pools are nice. The bad -They were painting the wood tiles outside our room, I asked them to stop it because the smell was so strong it made our head ache. They stopped, but returned later and did it anyway, it ruined our swim out experience for the entire stay. -Poor food quality: when guacamole is not fresh at a mexican restaurant you know food quality is really bad, beef steaks are horrible and injected, beef patties are like ham (disgusting), drinks always watered down. -The spa treatment lasted 12 minutes less :( -Swim-out pool water quality seemed poor. -Small rooms. -Prefered Club not worth it: worthless coupons, nothing special. -Poor attention to detail: stains in the floor for more than 3 days, a Pringles can by the swim-out pool for 2 days, restaurant menus in terrible shape. -More than a hour to receive fresh towels when requested. We don't expect to return, we'll try a different hotel next time, although we are still open to staying at other Secrets Hotels based on better previous experiences.

Huatulco stay! The Wolf’s
Juan( mesmerized), Nathaly( hostess), Nereo, and vip services Rasalinda were awesome and made the stay excellent. Thank you for the great service and friendliness!!! Juan at the buffet was our go to guy everyday, his service and friendliness was such a pleasure and made us feel so welcome. Our hostesses throughout the stay was the same at every venue, Nathaly was just awesome. Nereo spent time with us by the pool, met us in the lobby and always had time to talk and make us feel like family. Rasalinda with vip services was awesome, made our arrival superb all the way till we left. What a nice relaxing vacation all because of the people working at the resort. We cannot thank you all enough for the way you made us feel!

Although Secrets could pay more attention to pool maintenance and wear and tear, we really enjoyed our stay in this ruggedly beautiful part of Mexico. The people who work were are definately the highlight of our stay here. This is currently my husband's favorite place in Mexico and we have visited this country at least a dozen times. The many restaurant choices kept things from getting boring over our two weeks there and we also enjoyed the themed dinner nights as well. This is a hidden gem that we would definately be thinking about returning to in the near future.
