Exceeded our expectations in all respects,from the moment we arrived were made to feel very welcome,Enrique the concierge was most helpful and obliging,when showing us to our room,which was upgraded by reception as it is our anniversary. Staff here are polite,courteous,and very very helpful all speak excellent English,and can’t do enough for you. Restaurant s are amazing,food excellent very high standard,and no reservation required,pools are immaculate,and never had a problem with sun beds,although guests do get up early and reserve. Alejandro at the pool is amazing keeps everything perfect,waiters are brilliant,too many to mention,rooms are some of the best I’ve ever stayed in,very high standards,as are the cleaners who service them. Perfect hotel,will definitely return ,big thank you to all staff,managers must be very pleased,very well run hotel

Great Place and Great food.
Rooms were very clean and kept up very well. They came in twice a day to tidy up. Restaurants were awesome and all the bars were great. Entertainment was well organized. The pool areas were better than the pictures...The beach area was very nice also.

Great Moxche Experience
This is a great and new resort. There are multiple venues to have a great and unique time. The grounds are well kept and they are always working to keep the beach free of sand. The walk on the beach is about 1/2 mile from start to finish if you are in to walking on the beach. I thought the dinner by the beach was always the best without door seating. The restaurant always had great options. This is where I had the BEST ribeye ever (melted in my mouth). It was a special menu prepared for that evening by Lauro who is normally the Barefoot Grill Chef. The pool on the rooftop for Preferred Guest is nice but recommended only once. They made a great margar there. I especially liked the ever-changing live music venue by the pool. They rotated artist every two hours. It was a unique experience that I haven't seen at other Secrets resorts (and I have been to many). We upgraded to the ocean view room and glad that we did. It was a great and private view. Room service was nice along with champagne service too. Of course, don't forget the speak easy. We went when there was a great corporate event which made it packed and very festive. Always great to celebrate with others. Afterwards we stopped by the late-night taco stand which was so awesome to have and very tastie. Hope you can enjoy this property, we were glad we went and would consider going back.

Best Resort in Mexico!
Great time spending time with the wife and enjoying all adult time with no kiddos. Resort is stunning and extremely clean. Staff goes above and beyond.Pools, Beaches, views and restaurants are all worth it!

Worth every penny!
Myself and my new wife went chose to relax here after travelling for our honeymoon and it exceeded every expectation we had of the resort. Staff, food, service and amenities were all 10/10. It will make going to any other resort/hotel difficult as we will hold all of them to the same standard as Secrets Moxche.
