Rooms dated and people constantly walking by our rm. Even stopping at times to go through there bags while looking in our room. Private balcony not so PRIVATE. SO MUCH FOR A 20 YR ANNIVERSARY that my wife and I had been planning for 2 years

We enjoyed a really nice stay, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location with the beach and reefs is absolutely gorgeous, we saw a lot more fish than expected! 2 minor remarks : - the buffet restaurant could use a bit more variety during different days of the week. - despite the fact that I still definitly would recommend a stay at this hotel, the buildings are starting to show their age a bit.

The beach is paradise!
We had a wonderful time. The beach is amazing. Staff is wonderful. Loved the water activities and the entertainment activities. Hotel could use an update/renovation. Food could use more flavour. But would definitely return after such a great experience!

Aug 27, 2023This place is awesome especially if you have a lot of children and a large family. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.
We were a family of 21 people. We all had a wonderful time, the entertainment was awesome, clean pool and the kids club was amazing. The people were so nice to us. we will definitely revisit sunscape. Thank you all so much.

Horrible service, food, and cleanliness. Getting bottles of water and fruit became a game. We had to grab a ton when we could. Room service is a joke- takes over an hour and you can’t get anyone to collect the dishes. Air conditioning in the room- barely worked.
