Amazing resort! There was a variety of food at the buffet and a handful of restaurants to try each night. The beach stretches out quite far with gorgeous views and they have a nice pool to relax by. The entertainment was great, super friendly especially Bonbon !!

Amazing Family vacation!!!
Excellent beautiful place! Amazing food and beautiful beaches ! Great entertainment! BomBom is awesome ! The pool is beautiful the rooms are really nice and clean! The spa services were amazing !! Coffee is excellent!!!

Holiday
Beautiful place, very clean and beautiful beaches, with white sand and clean waters. Entertainment is amazing, restaurants are really nice the food is really good. BomBom is awesome!! Pool is awesome too!!

Just came back from my second visit to Sunscape Puerto Plata. The staff is 100% the best and they made my family and I really feel welcome and safe. I want to give a special thank you to Carols Paredes our waiter. He was so patient and friendly when serving 8 people. Also thank you to Nicole our pool/night entertainer for keeping so laughing and for the fun times. Negative side about Sunscape is the food. The food was cold and sometimes not edible. The resort needs more restaurants and better wifi service.

AMAZING!!!!!!
Hi this resort is amazing and the workers are so nice I want to shout out a couple of workers by the name of Nicole, Franklin,Yunior, ELN , Amaurius , Yourdany and Carlos paredes every single one of them made the trip more exciting Nicole and Franklin and Yourdany always made the activities super fun they always made me laugh I loved their energy every time I wake up I looked forward to seeing them . I also wanted to talk about the waiters by the name of ELN, and Amaurius and Carlos paredes and Yunior these are the four waiters that stood out to me they were so respectful and very patient with my family every time we went to a restaurant in a resort these are the waiters we looked foward to seeing I love how respectful they are. I ask them for their name just so I could shout them out they are really amazing you could tell they really like their job all of them are so fun and respectful me and my family wanna go back i hope they are still their when come back.
