This was our fourth visit to the Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya and we think it was the best one yet! We spent most of our days at the beach, great service there by Virginia & Alejandra. We did also venture up to the main pool. The Go Team always has something going on. Alejandra Jessica Pepe and Cesar are usually looking for participants for beach volleyball, beach games, and events going on at the pool Shout out to Brandon at La Hacienda - BEST server ever, Wilson also did a great job and Jose the manager was fabulous. If you're looking to go on an excursion, book with Barrakuda Valentin Imperial at the main pool - Chief DonJulio Paul Alberto Cesar and Noel will take great care of you. And if you need ANYTHING - look for Dora from customer relations - she is usually walking around the pools and the grounds and will help you out.

week in Paradise
was a wonderful time, the resort is incredible. The food is excellent, the drinks are divine and the service is top notch. Dora is a spunky fun lady that makes your day brighten as soon as you see her, Miquel at the pool serves with the biggest smile and just a lot of Humor, Jorge at the buffet, is top notch, fun, and blast to talk too, Alejandra with the go team is a true spirit of the resort. overall the resort is the bomb and can't wait to go back!!

10th Time and It Just Keeps Getting Better
This is our 10th stay at the Valentin and once again we are so happy! From check in where the staff worked to get our group rooms that were close to each other, to Nancy at the morning breakfast service at the beach, each stay just seems to get better. The staff at the Valentin is what makes the difference, in 10 years I cant think of a request the staff hasnt tried to accommodate. It great to see long time employees like Dora greeting repeat customes like they are family. I'm a picky eater and I'm always pleased with the selection and the options that each restaurant has. We have already started to plan our dates for next year.

Hospitality was absolutely amazing! The Go Team staff is always amazing and Dora is so amazing to be around. The Valentine will always be our go to resort. La Hancenda is the best restaurant at the restaurant.

Perfect as always
This was our seventh trip and as always it was perfect! The grounds are impeccable and the food outstanding! Every single employee had a smile and pleasant greeting! Dora is always the highlight to see and catch up each year!
